Space Clearings & Home Blessings:

Space clearings are a wonderful way to renew the energy in a home or business.  Negative energy can easily get stuck in a space, so it is best for our well-being that this energy be cleared out on a regular basis.  Optimally, space clearings should be conducted every 4-6 weeks to keep positive energy flowing, however some may not have the capabilities to do it that often.  Here I would suggest a space clearing in any of the following situations:
  • After you've had people over as they can leave their energy in your home.
  • After an argument in your home.
  • After a death or illness in the home.
  • If there is a shift in tenants.
  • If you've just moved into the space.
  • When your life feels stuck.
  • When you feel a presence in your home.
There's a little science behind how a space clearing works.  Everything in the universe, including us, is made up of components that are vibrating to a specific frequency.  Human emotions and thoughts all have certain frequencies and vibrations attached to them.  For example, I'm sure you've heard someone say "You could feel the tension in the room".  That is not just an expression.  We really do feel these vibrations and they, in turn, make us feel and act a certain way.  Negative energy flows at a low-frequency and low vibration, whereas positive energy flows at a high frequency and high vibration.  By using high frequency sounds, negative energy can be dispelled and replaced with positive energy, raising your home or workspace to a higher vibration and conclusively creating a more positive space.

Many people who have their home cleared feel it immediately after.  Your home may feel cooler or lighter.  You may feel more positive or energetic.  A space clearing is always beneficial and well worth the time.  

After a space clearing is complete, I like to do a home blessing to seal in the positive energy that we have created and set the intention of the home for those who are occupying it.  

Fee:
A space clearing is included in a home or business consultation, but if you would like a clearing done outside of a consult the fee is $75.00 and $50.00 thereafter for any additional clearings done by a client.  

Time:
Depending on the space, a clearing can take between 20min - 1 hour.

Home Staging:

Feng shui can be very beneficial when staging a home for sale.  Many times, clients need only slight modifications in their home appearance or decor for it to be sold in a snap.  With the use of Form Feng Shui we'll do the following:
  • Analyze the exterior and add/subtract specific elements to make a positive first impression on the potential buyer.  First impressions are key to home selling!
  • Determine proper furniture arrangement and staging for each area of the home to provide optimal flow and comfort.  This allows for that good first impression that we created to carry all the way through the home.  
  • We will discuss the unique features of the home and how we can highlight those for potential buyers.
  • We will conduct a space clearing to bring the energy of the home up to a positive vibration.
Fee:
Each home is unique and there are many variables to consider, such as the potential market and surrounding neighborhood.  My fees are determined per client and are based on your specific needs, how large the home and lot is, location, and what needs to be accomplished.  To determine an accurate fee, please contact me to discuss in further detail.

Time:
The amount of time it takes for a home staging can vary widely.  We can provide an estimate after our initial contact and we have an idea of your specific needs and goals.
